We try hard to avoid changing the people who are handling your work but if this cannot be avoided, we will notify you promptly who will be handling your work and why the change is necessary.

Pricing
After our initial assessment of your matter, we will advise you about the potential cost of your case before we start any work for you. The cost, including disbursements we will incur, will be plainly set out in our initial assessment or client care letter to you.
